“Through Him, therefore, let us constantly and at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name.” Hebrews 13:15

Luke 10:19 tells us that WE have been given the authority to trample on the enemy. But so many believers are stuck in the same spot, fighting the same battles for years. Many have relinquished the authority given to them. But when we praise, authority is released! When a believer rises up in faith and walks in their God given authority, hell has no chance!

2 Corinthians says we do not fight with weapons of this world. Our weapon is praise. There is power in your praise! It carries supernatural authority. It is the evidence of faith in the believer and it’s the highest expression of faith. When you release your faith through the form of your praise, simultaneously there is a release in heaven, giving God the permission and ability to work at a greater level in your life.

“And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Matthew 16:19

When you praise there is a shift in the atmosphere. Heaven begins to move on your behalf.

“Through Him, therefore, let us constantly and at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name.” Hebrews 13:15

Praise God for the things He has already done in your life and the things that He is going to do! Praise is the key to your breakthrough. In Acts, when Paul and Silas were in prison, they were not discouraged by their situation. The passion translation says they were undaunted. Paul and Silas began to pray and sing praises, “singing a robust hymn to God.” They could be heard all throughout the prison and the atmosphere began to change. The earth began to shake, and their prison door was opened, and their chains fell off! All of the chains on all of the prisoners fell off also. Your praise is not just for you-it’s for your family, friends and loved ones.

“Let everyone everywhere join in the crescendo of ecstatic praise to Yahweh! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!” Psalm 150:6

When you praise there is authority that is released, doing something in heaven and on earth. If you fail to live a life of praise, you will battle with wicked strongholds the rest of your life. Oral Roberts said, “There is a miracle that is either coming to you or passing you by every day.” You will miss the opportunity of receiving the miracle you need today by remaining silent.
